We provide security operations center support, dispatch coordination, live operator services, and remote monitoring to security guard companies across the United States. Our trained operators are available around the clock, ready to respond, escalate, and coordinate so your team is never without backup.

We are not a call center. We are not a passive answering service. We are a professional SOC staffed by trained security operators who speak the language of security, understand your operation, and know how to respond when it matters.

Why We Exist

Building an internal SOC costs between $200,000 and $250,000 a year. Most security companies cannot justify that investment, but their clients still expect that level of coverage and response.

 

Guardian Alliance was built to close that gap. We give security companies access to a fully staffed, professional shared security operations center at a fraction of the cost of building one independently.

Who We Are

Guardian Alliance SOC was founded by security company owners who built their own internal SOCs, saw the cost firsthand, and decided to open that infrastructure up to the rest of the industry. Every decision we make is shaped by that experience.
