What We Protect

Every piece of information you share with Guardian Alliance is treated as confidential. That includes client names, contact information, and account details, contract terms and service agreements, site information and property details, operational protocols and procedures, scheduling and staffing information, incident reports and documentation, and any other business information shared in the course of our partnership. This information is used for one purpose only. To support your business. It is never shared with other partners, never used for competitive purposes, and never disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.

How We Enforce It

Confidentiality is built into every layer of how we operate.

Every Guardian Alliance SOC team member is trained on confidentiality protocols before they handle any partner account. Access to partner information is restricted on a need to know basis. Our internal systems are structured to ensure that information belonging to one partner is not accessible to operators working on another account.

Every partner agreement includes formal confidentiality terms. We are prepared to discuss and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement before any work begins if that is your preference. If you have specific confidentiality requirements or concerns, bring them to the table. We will address them directly.
