Ashlee is the CEO of Guardian Protection Force Inc. Jason is the CEO of Overton Security Services, Inc. Both had built security companies from the ground up. Both understood what it took to manage officers, respond to incidents, and keep clients covered around the clock. And both had made a significant investment to build an internal SOC to support their own operations.
Once they saw what a real SOC could do, they also saw something else. Most security companies could not afford one.
Small and mid-sized security companies were doing the same work, carrying the same responsibilities, and serving clients who expected the same level of coverage. But the cost of staffing a full operations center around the clock was out of reach for most of them. That gap was real, and it was leaving a lot of good companies without the support they needed to grow.
Ashlee built Guardian Secure Solutions to fill that gap. Jason built Alliance SOC for the same reason. Two operators, two companies, two solutions, built independently and driven by the same belief that the security industry deserved better infrastructure.
They went years without knowing the other existed.
Then a mutual contact in the security industry introduced them. The conversation started around sharing some guarding contracts. It did not take long before they realized the overlap went much deeper. They had both seen the same problem. They had both built an answer to it. And they had both done it because they knew the work firsthand.
The decision to combine forces was straightforward. Together, they could do more. They could serve more companies, offer stronger coverage, and build something more sustainable than either could alone.
Guardian Alliance was born from that conversation.
A strong idea only goes as far as the team behind it. Ashlee and Jason knew that building something that could genuinely support the security industry required more than operational experience. It required the right people around the table.
Bill McCoy brought security operations and business management experience that helped shape how Guardian Alliance runs day to day. Lauren Esplana brought years of dispatch and SOC operations management, the kind of hands-on knowledge that keeps response times tight and communication clear. Priscilla Roque brought financial discipline and structure, ensuring the business is built to last and deliver consistently. Edward Newman brought a background in customer solutions and marketing, keeping the focus on how Guardian Alliance communicates, serves, and grows alongside its partners.
Together, this team covers every side of the business. Operations, finance, customer experience, and the deep industry knowledge that only comes from doing the work yourself.
Guardian Alliance is not a technology company that decided to enter the security space. It is not a venture built on assumptions about what security companies need. It was built by operators and professionals who lived it, invested in it, and then opened it up to the rest of the industry.
