National Support, Local Response
our story
Ashlee is the CEO of Guardian Protection Force Inc. Jason is the CEO of Overton Security Services, Inc. Both had built security companies from the ground up. Both understood what it took to manage officers, respond to incidents, and keep clients covered around the clock. And both had made a significant investment to build an internal SOC to support their own operations.
Once they saw what a real SOC could do, they also saw something else. Most security companies could not afford one.
Small and mid-sized security companies were doing the same work, carrying the same responsibilities, and serving clients who expected the same level of coverage. But the cost of staffing a full operations center around the clock was out of reach for most of them. That gap was real, and it was leaving a lot of good companies without the support they needed to grow.
Ashlee built Guardian Secure Solutions to fill that gap. Jason built Alliance SOC for the same reason. Two operators, two companies, two solutions, built independently and driven by the same belief that the security industry deserved better infrastructure.
They went years without knowing the other existed.
Then a mutual contact in the security industry introduced them. The conversation started around sharing some guarding contracts. It did not take long before they realized the overlap went much deeper. They had both seen the same problem. They had both built an answer to it. And they had both done it because they knew the work firsthand.
The decision to combine forces was straightforward. Together, they could do more. They could serve more companies, offer stronger coverage, and build something more sustainable than either could alone.
Guardian Alliance was born from that conversation.
A strong idea only goes as far as the team behind it. Ashlee and Jason knew that building something that could genuinely support the security industry required more than operational experience. It required the right people around the table.
Bill McCoy brought security operations and business management experience that helped shape how Guardian Alliance runs day to day. Lauren Esplana brought years of dispatch and SOC operations management, the kind of hands-on knowledge that keeps response times tight and communication clear. Priscilla Roque brought financial discipline and structure, ensuring the business is built to last and deliver consistently. Edward Newman brought a background in customer solutions and marketing, keeping the focus on how Guardian Alliance communicates, serves, and grows alongside its partners.
Together, this team covers every side of the business. Operations, finance, customer experience, and the deep industry knowledge that only comes from doing the work yourself.
Guardian Alliance is not a technology company that decided to enter the security space. It is not a venture built on assumptions about what security companies need. It was built by operators and professionals who lived it, invested in it, and then opened it up to the rest of the industry.
If you run a security company and you have ever wished you had better operational support behind you, Guardian Alliance was built with you in mind. Because the people who built it wished for the same thing.
Guardian Alliance SOC was conceived from a shared realization by security industry veterans, Ashlee Cervantes Thomas and Jason Solorzano, that smaller and mid-sized security firms were often underserved by the lack of accessible, high-quality Security Operations Center (SOC) support. They identified a critical gap where companies were performing essential security functions but lacked the infrastructure to scale effectively or offer the advanced monitoring and dispatch services expected by modern clients.
This shared vision led to the strategic merger of their independently developed solutions, Guardian Secure Solutions and Alliance SOC. The core principle was to leverage their combined expertise and resources to create a robust, cost-effective SOC solution that could operate seamlessly under the client's brand, empowering them to expand their reach and service capabilities without the significant capital investment of building an in-house operation.
The foundation of Guardian Alliance SOC is rooted in the practical, day-to-day challenges faced by security company owners. Ashlee Cervantes Thomas, CEO of Guardian Protection Force Inc., and Jason Solorzano, CEO of Overton Security Services, Inc., both intimately understood the demands of managing security personnel, responding to incidents, and ensuring continuous client coverage. Their independent ventures into developing SOC capabilities highlighted a broader industry need.
Recognizing that many companies operated with similar responsibilities and client expectations but lacked the necessary operational backbone, they saw an opportunity to consolidate their efforts. This convergence of two distinct yet aligned solutions aimed to create a more powerful and sustainable entity, capable of providing superior infrastructure and support to the security industry.
Guardian Alliance SOC's mission is to empower security companies by providing them with enterprise-level operational support, enabling growth and enhanced service delivery. The company operates on the principle of being "Built by Operators, for Operators," meaning their services and internal processes are designed with the direct experience of those working in the field and managing security operations.
This ethos translates into a commitment to delivering reliable dispatch coordination, expert operator services, and advanced remote monitoring solutions. By functioning as an extension of their clients' teams, Guardian Alliance SOC upholds values of integrity, efficiency, and partnership, ensuring that security companies can confidently expand their coverage and client base while maintaining their brand identity and operational excellence.
Guardian Alliance SOC provides a critical service by offering comprehensive Security Operations Center (SOC) support, allowing security companies to scale their operations without the substantial overhead of establishing their own internal SOC. This includes vital services such as 24/7 dispatch coordination, live operational support, and sophisticated remote monitoring capabilities.
By leveraging Guardian Alliance SOC's expertise, security firms can extend their service offerings, improve response times, and enhance client satisfaction. The company operates discreetly behind the scenes, functioning under the client's established brand. This ensures that clients receive a seamless extension of their own services, reinforcing their brand reputation while benefiting from advanced technological and human resources for operational oversight.
